      Pros

      Typical consultancy offering very good benefits and flexible working (at the moment). Good place for graduates and juniors to learn their trade and develop.

      Cons

      The pay is good when you first join, but typically lacking overtime through service, although with the right individual with the right management this could be different. Generally not a very dynamic business at the moment
