      Cons

      Too much learning on the job for everybody, not enough staff, working crazy long hours, Managers that have no people skills.

      Large company Bigger projects Good team culture

      Cons

      IT support is in India, so getting stuff sorted was frustrating. Maces closed project SharePoint system means that lessons learnt or project set ups are hard to find or impossible to learn from other work already completed.
