      Pros

      Not many if I'm honest apart from being one of the last MCs to allow working from home, role dependant.

      Cons

      Run from the top (board level) and even department Director's do not seem to know whats going on. Board even chose subcontractors. Significant number of people are leaving. Feels like you're working of a sexist company back in the 90s. HR is atrocious, IT is a joke If there is an issue to overcome, it's always someone else's problem. Terrible at giving bad news, such as no bonus' for the year, selling consult, or recruitment and promotion freezes. If you're thinking of joining, just don't.

      Love the job but I don't feel cared for by the company

      Pros

      The job itself is challenging. The projects they have recently secured are meaningful, particularly the infrastructure works. There are genuinely good people within the organisation - a handful of them - who are passionate about the work that they do.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity within the leadership team and I'm saying this as someone based in SEA. There is literally only one POC within the APAC Leadership Team. Inconsistent KPI's set by different line managers. I don't feel valued as the credit for the work I'm doing goes to my line manager.
