Pros
While the overall experience at the company wasn’t quite what I’d hoped for, being part of this team (Same Level) was the highlight of my role. Their support, collaboration, and sense of humor made the day-to-day so much better.
Cons
My time at Mace was unfortunately not a positive one. While the company has a strong reputation in the industry, my personal experience as an employee left me feeling undervalued and unsupported. Communication from management was often unclear, and there seemed to be a lack of genuine concern for staff well-being. Opportunities for growth and development felt limited, and feedback was not always handled constructively. I believe Mace could benefit from fostering a more inclusive, supportive, and transparent work culture that truly invests in its people.
