Fantastic employer with huge growth plans
Pros
I have worked for Mace Consult part of the Mace Group for almost 3 years now and this is one of the best companies I have been employed by. Lovely people who work on the common goal of making our industry better. Plenty of career opportunities and chances to grow and develop. Opportunities to work overseas or for other business areas in the country you work in. And we have some of the best leaders and employees within our industry (Construction, Infrastruture, and Development).
Cons
Very few but we have grown very quickly and our central functions are struggling to keep up with the employee size. Something that has been addressed by the board and is being implamented. I think we are very self aware of areas we need to improve and we seem to have a culture of wanting to change and improve.
