Pros

Good projects to work on and a good place to make your name. Good work-life balance for roles not delivery based.

Cons

The quality of people is dwindling as people leave. Definitely no long-term benefits to staying unless you threaten to leave. Bad work-life balance for delivery roles. They promote diversity but usually, I was in meetings with 40 men and 1 woman.

Good overall benefits. Knowledgeable teams. Can be a good company for people starting their career.

Cons

Full of politics. Individuality is not praised. The client comes first. The values of the company are not followed. Constant restructure that resulted in not knowing who they are anymore. There’s favouritism and cliques.
