Pros

Intelligent and dedicated people who enjoy their work.

Cons

They don't always have the right people in the right jobs. Also, there is too much compartmentalization of roles. Some roles could be combined.

Pros

Smart, dedicated people; management changes have been hard to keep up with, but seems to be stable at the moment.

Cons

With various leadership changes came changes in direction. Lack of communication, more reactiveness than proactiveness.

Pros

A good working environment in an historic building. Strong leadership from CEO. Company is a leader in sustainability efforts and employees are socially conscious.

Cons

Publishing leaders are often mired in the past and unwilling to take chances. Salaries are below market average as are bonuses.
