Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere, free books, standard benefits package, good PTO policy

Cons

silo-ed culture, cliquey, hard to be visible within the company, low pay, even lower bonuses, minimal opportunity for promotion, building is falling apart, many higher level positions barely know how to use computers and rely on younger employees to aide them in doing their jobs.

Pros

Macmillan has lots of work and would keep you busy during your duration there, but don't expect any rewards!

Cons

No support from management and seniors, no work-life balance, no cooperation from other departments, weak and inefficient HR and Admin, no compensation or perks or benefits or bonus, long working hours, no employee-friendly policies
