Pros

The benefits are standard with what is offered among other industry companies. Nothing fancy but there is definitely not anything lacking.

Cons

It is not always clear who to contact for what in Human Resources. A better liaison system to know who to contact for what would be most helpful.

Severely Lacking Structure

Pros

Tons of paid time off and, depending on your manager, super easy to request off. Most positions allow you to work from home under certain circumstances. Relaxed atmosphere. More casual than business casual. Midtown location is ideal for commuters.

Cons

The pay - one of the lowest paying in our industry, entry level is around 29,000. Internal promotions are hard to come by - you see more external hires than internal promotions. Work/Life balance is difficult when in higher positions. Severely lacking structure - different divisions struggle with communication and coordination. Currently in the process of moving downtown - a total inconvenience to most of the commuting employees.
