Honestly , when it comes to work culture, i do not think any other organisation can come close, the amount of independence, decision making , learning opportunities that Marico offers is un imaginable and is of very high standard. The company takes care of your work life balance and trains you for various roles.

Culture, People (everyone has some common traits like open to ideas, humble, passionate and critique), No hierarchy, Fast track growth, Flexible (No timings, swipe cards), Friendly (Leave up to 1 or 2 days is called contingency leave and not calculated in the overall leave), They dont use word "EMPLOYEE" they consider it as "MEMBER"

Cons

One might have restriction on international movement to country like US because their primary focus is on targeting developing countries first. In future may be its possible.
