Pros
Flat hierarchy, Faster decision making Revenue growth and profitability is good Guidelines based policies empower employees to take better decisions Flexi work hours at HO, Leave policy is employee friendly
Cons
Facilities like offices, canteen are not so good. Some activities like cash claims, travel expense limits are too old fashioned needs to be revamped. Information flow from top to bottom is not smooth. Much of the information on key things like organizational goals is also filtered at various levels Snobbish leadership in few functions
