Great Place to work,....... but not if you are looking to advance..........

Pros
Beautiful, professional work environment, staff is very team oriented, good pay, Food is excellent, and many opportunities to network with the who's who in detroit.
Cons
If you syarted at a low position and are looking to advance, the current management does not want you to move up, they would rather take there chances on an outside candidate than on you. the diversity level, reminds me, of a plantation. all the majority(Whites) have the management positions in the office on the 26th floor and all the minorities have the service positions that do the bulk of the work for the actual private club.
