      Pros

      Great benefits. Understanding management. Lots of different schedules to choose from. If less hours are taken benefits still given. Have made many friendships. The emphasis is on doing what is best for the guest

      Cons

      Lately lots of chages but this is understadable in the current economy. Sometimes the desire to help is stymied when help is needed from a higher department so that "If take care of our customers they will take care of us" can not be met.

      - Very cohesive group of people - Tenure employees are very prideful of company - You can make something of yourself if you only have a high school diploma or GED.

      Some things are merely backwards.

      They will promise you the world, hire you and then change your job description. You will never get a raise, there is little to no communication, "Good ol' boys club" atmosphere. extremely deficient in terms of diversity. (only one african american manager at a time)
