Pros

Probably the best place in South Ex Super friendly staff, Company is good. There's high work load, but helping hands too. On time salary and overall management is up to the Mark. Work culture is great and employees well-being are always a priority in Indeed, exceptional leadership team Work life balance can improve, but up to persons who want to perform better in working hours or put more hours.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great the way it is.

- Highly intelligent and empathetic coworkers - Remote Work - Stipends (Office setup, Educational) - Benefits (401k, no-cost insurance: dental, vision, and health)

Cons

- Constant restructuring without reason - Lack of team stability - Product teams are micromanaged by both management AND the CEO - CEO - If you're not a cis white dude, it will be nearly impossible to move up in the company - Black / brown voices do not matter - Everything else about the company

Pros

You’ll work with some of the brightest people building on a widely recognized platform used by millions of people every day. Their mission is rock solid.

Cons

The company lacks direction and is losing good employees like crazy. It’ll probably never go public but you can use it as an opportunity to learn a lot and move on to a more mature company that pays better with more modern benefits (like simple 401k matching, bonuses, etc). Leadership lacks consistent vision and doesn’t have a great ability to inspire and motivate teams.
