Your work experience will vary depending on the work volume, what week in the quarter it is, and how well your manager divides/delegates roles. When a manager leaves, which is common and frequent, the rest of the department suffers, and the manager might not get replaced in a timely manner. Also, be prepared to give up several weekends each quarter. If you can thrive under high stress situations, this may be the job for you. I ended up not being happy after giving up so many of my weekends, evenings, and holidays.
