Direct ownership of client accounts at a young age

Cons

Overall, Account Managers are over worked and under paid. The volume of accounts is so high that it is difficult to be strategic about your decisions.

Perhaps laid back dress code

Cons

- Rotten core causing toxic work environment; lots of nepotism - Lack of innovations, since Internet Brands took over, people get fired for no reason - Integrations that are being sold do not exist - Low levels of customer satisfaction; multiple customer escalations - Arrogant management does not have a clue about what is actually going on, simply have a vision and try to impose it regardless of whether it is realistic or not. - Based on the above; a lot of shortcuts are made when it comes to solution development - Work-life-balance is not a priority, nor is employee satisfaction or development - Culture is very much based on "blame and shame"
