Pros
As long as you don’t want to stay for any time more than a year, acceptable. Use them as they will undoubtedly use you. A stepping stone until you find something better.
Cons
A lot— terrible team structure, back stabbing from so called leaders. Retirement match is a joke. Support from HR is non-existent. The company operates like a machine, but if you accept you’re an expendable cog you’ll be fine.
