Toxic environment, Irish mafia, goals aren't clearly defined, there are no kpis to measure success so everything is very subjective. If your manager likes you, you are fine but if your manager doesn't like you, you are screwed. There's bullying in place i've never seen so many people going on work related stress leave in my life. Worst company to work for, wouldn't recommend it to my enemies even!!!

Cultish, elitist. Going in to Facebook, they make it seem like they are the most altruistic company that benefits humankind. They literally say this in the orientation meetings. They say their entire goal is "connecting the world" and that you are an amazing person because you "made it" to be able to work for the best company on the planet. The sad thing to me is that thousands of people that work there buy into it and think they're making the world a better place when it's clear from Facebook's actions that they do anything but. This company is awful.
