      Pros

      Great colleagues - smart, generally helpful. Interesting clients. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Constant shifting priorities. Internal systems and tools required a lot of manual input slowing down simple tasks. Too much repetitive data entry for director level reporting. Most client information and updates should have been pulled automatically from the system and pipeline. Poor team behaviour not addressed and often had no impact on career advancement. Long term (>1 year) initiatives not supported much with a laser focus on quarterly or half returns.
