Pros

When I got an offer from them I got blinded by the salary but I regret it.

Cons

Maybe it depends on the team you’re in but mine is different, here are why: - we have a remote work from anywhere for 15 business days benefit but it depends if your manager likes you - management has favorites, they like the ones who kiss up to them - I was told sick days are also vacation days, and that it almost points out that you have no right to use it - people are all sarcastic - too much politics which will not make you grow - sprint master and product manager bully you indirectly - speaking of sick days, they expect you to either work on your sick day, or they want you to be a fortune teller to be able to say if you will be getting sick within the sprint - they want you to list your objectives but will squash them since the management doesn’t favor your ideas

Pros

Good salary and other inhouse benefits like stocks and bonus options.

Cons

- Micro management at every level - No scope or liberty to express your opinion - Doesn't layoff for genuine reasons, but purposefully put unachievable targets in performance plan if they want to fire employees - HR works for company not for employees

Pros

CEO is an unbelievably intelligent, smart, caring, knowledgeable and empowering. Empathetic and who really cares about employees. Wish we could all report to her.

Cons

Very unhealthy working environment. Abused and undermined if you work hard and display intelligent new ideas. It's seen as a threat and not as a valuable commodity to enhance the value of the firm in the industry we live in today. CEO can't do it all. Unfortunately it's about self interest vs the overall good of the firm.
