Pros

*During 2020, the business was so well organised during the pandemic, with a seamless shift to WFH, and acted ahead of the Australian and NSW government to ensure its people were safe. *Again during the pandemic, the business has thought of basically everything. Even down the details disposing of tissues, when in the office. "Please tie up your rubbish bin's bag if you have disposed of tissues to ensure we are being thoughtful to the cleaners". Very humanistic approach, particularly for a technology company.

Cons

*Office hours are hard 8am to 6pm, due to the pandemic. Would be nice to stay later when needed, but understandable when cleaning needs to take place. *Carpets and walls could do with a refresh, but this is underway.
