Pros

It provides a flexible schedule and a decent salary if you always conduct classes.

Cons

There are times, even though we have a strong internet connection, if the student side has a bad connection, we teachers are to blame; they gave us low ratings. Moreover, the star rating system was unfair considering that even if we put in all our efforts, incorporating teaching strategies, students will still have the guts to give us low ratings, and we cannot erase the low ratings easily. Furthermore, system glitches always happen, especially when conducting a book class.

Easy to get a job.

Cons

Too many cons. Very low salary and not only that but the number of classes is very low too. Very often you can't make even $50 per month. They have stupid system with NCC (Native Camp Coins) so you actually work for coins and then convert those coins to USD. Working at NC is nothing but a wasting of time. They deserve not 1 but 0 stars!
