1. The biggest thing is that it is really low paid. You cannot manage pay your daily needs only working in NC espacially while being a non-native, as it pays 1. 54 US dollars per 26 minute lessons and when you exchange it to your currency(espacially after US dollars necame really cheap in my country) and also pay transaction fees, you notice that there is no momey left. 2. They are really strict about cancellations. For example, if I had a reserved lesson, and I already did my lesson for 23 minutes, and suddeny I disconnect, they don't pay for those 23 minutes of your work, but take all the momey away, even though you had a lesson for 23 minutes, so it turnes out that you work for free. This make me unmotivated to work in this company every time.

Very glitchy platform. Pay is well below Ausralian minimum wage. Aslso, It's way more trouble than it's worth. It's sending me booked lessons, and then just at the booking time it automatically takes me off standby and then penalises me for supposedly having cancelled. That model is unsustainable for me. It means for every "booking", I have to refund them my earnings from two sudden classes. NC hasn't provided any avenue for redress either.
