competitive salary even for part-timers only

Cons

For teachers with no experience, no trainings here... you basically have to go through the books and lessons or watch the training videos they provide which are quite helpful. The rest, you do all the learnings yourself so you can become a very effective teacher.

The company never takes the side of teachers where there are compliants. They always listen to the students only. * There are some rude students.

Native Camp Sets the Standard for Exceptional ESL

Pros

- Gives opportunities to teachers such as badges - Teaching materials are easy to understand for both teachers and students - Time flexibility - Career growth as for myself - They listen to teachers' complaints (well at least for me)

Cons

- Some students who got disconnected have the chance to rate the teacher's profile that would eventually lead to teacher's low rating - Some students test their teachers' capability by being disrespectful sometimes that would affect teachers emotionally (tried 4x since I got hired)
