      Sometimes there is no work if you are new and depending on what time of the day you work.

      I have been working as a teacher on Native Camp for the past 6 months.

      Pros

      Native Camp is a recommended platform for people who want to begin their carrier as ESL teachers. Scheduling is so flexible and there are lots of amazing students. One major thing i like about native camp is how culturally diverse it is. The admin officers have tried as much as possible to respond to all my plights and i am really grateful for that. Native Camp is one of the best companies when it comes to prompt payment of salaries. Sometimes the salaries come before the slated date and its just amazing. Over the few months working with this company, i realized the company is putting a lot of efforts to become better day by day and i find it impressive. I hope to see the company grow to be one of the best online schools in the world.

      Cons

      I have two major concerns about this company: 1. The salary is somewhat low and no potential increase in the future. You have to work so hard and a lot of hours to earn something reasonable. It can be really stressful sometimes. 2. It can be sometimes frustrating teaching unsupervised kids. Some of them don't even understand basic English and it becomes so difficult to explain some terms to them.

      Great opportunity and experience

      Pros

      I have been working in NC for almost a year and month. My experiences are only positive. Everything functions very well. It is well-organized company and for each problem there is always a quick answer and solution. Salary is also decent if you want to work longer hours. If you want to work for 8 hours (if we take into consideration that it's normal working time in many countries), then your salary is really good. I enjoy when I can have classes whenever I want and when it's convenient for students, too. We all enjoy and results and reviews are always favorable. This is the place where it is very pleasant to work and atmosphere is 99,99% great. My recommendations to everybody, especially to teachers who are at the start of their career or to those who have just lost their regular job.

      Cons

      Not many bad things to say about it. Maybe, salary could be a little higher, but I know that there are plenty of teachers from around the world and it makes it more difficult to raise the salary a bit higher. If you want to work more, you'll earn more.
