Flexible Company

Pros

* Flexible Time * Lower demands for Internet Connection and Teaching Equipments * No need to file for absence of leave , you can come back anytime you want even after few months of not being active * The students are more on adults than kids (Which I prefer) * Various Students from different countries * Incentives and Promos * They have their own platform that won't require you to have bigger storage capacity in your laptop/desktop

Cons

* Need to improve the system to avoid system problems especially during student traffic. * Need for more admins to answer queries as soon as possible. * Improved judgement for student's complaints to avoid unnecessary punishments/penalty on the teacher's side.
