      I love the old Native Camp ways more than now!

      Pros

      Flexible working hours wherein you can plot your schedule 24/7. The admins are considerate, like if you couldn’t do the classes due to unpredictable circumstances such as power outages, internet carrier’s dilemma, they will wholeheartedly remove the penalties.

      Cons

      This company is very close to my heart, however, I am very disappointed by the changes they made recently. Before, we TEACHERS can trace the ratings on time but now they only update the ratings weekly making it so difficult to monitor which among the “too good to be true students” left an unjustifiable rating. Secondly, the grounds of “Disconnection Cancellation” is not confirmed, (please allow me to elucidate) I felt like it’s so bias because even if you conducted 23 minutes booked lesson with a certain regular student and you got disconnected suddenly, you won’t be paid any penny. Effort gone and wasted.

      Great ESL Company

      > You can plot your own schedule. > You can close your schedule anytime you want. > You can work 24/7 > You can work part time/ full time > You can have regular earnings plus bonuses twice a month. > You can work as home based teacher or office based teacher > There is a ready made lesson plan. > The NC platform is easy to navigate and user friendly. > Less penalties compared to other ESL companies.

      Cons

      > When you email the admin, it takes time to receive a response.

      Great Company

      Pros

      *Very flexible schedule. You can open your slots anytime you want. *A lot of bonuses. My hard work is always compensated by multiple incentives which actually drives me to teach more. * Sudden Lessons. As opposed to many ESL companies that only cater booked lessons, this platform gives the opportunity for teachers to teach "Sudden" lessons which means you can interact with different students available at the moment using varieties of textbooks. It is always fun and exciting.

      Cons

      The platform is sometimes laggy. If you are a beginner, then you must have patience because there will be times when you will have no students at all.
