As a part-time employee here at Native Camp, I enjoyed my experience so far. Native Camp has the following: 1. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. I don't have to file for a leave and wait for the management's approval. I can modify my schedule . I think Native Camp values their teachers. 2. ON TIME PAYMENT. I have been teaching year since the pandemic started and never did I experience delayed payment. I'm grateful for that. 3.LESSON MATERIALS ARE GUIDED. One of the best things about Native Camp is that they help and guide their teachers especially the newbies on how to teach the lesson materials. Frustrating it may seems at the beginning but looking at the guide, I felt relieved. 4. SUDDEN CLASSES. I think there are only few ESL companies who offer sudden classes to teachers and one of those is Native Camp. It allows teachers to go on standby and conduct lessons. In odds are in your favor, that student will be your regular and will book lessons with you. 5. PROMOTION is FAST. As long as you'll meet the criteria, you'll meet the criteria and requirements, you'll booking rate will increase. 6. EXCELLENT platform.
Cons
1. Since it is online , the competition is really at stake. You have to maintain your rank to gain more students. If your rank goes down, you have go double your effort. I think this is normal because most ESL school is having a booking system. 2. Most of the staffs are busy and there is surge on the number of teachers thus, they can't answer the inquiries of the teachers on time. However, they created a platform to teachers to answer each other's questions which is indeed helpful.
