      I hate this company, I work in Native Camp office

      Pros

      Company is awfull. It's from PHILIPINES,not from JAPAN. they pay us 2$ per hour, office work is so hard, but they are bad.

However, Native Camp is a company officially registered in Japan, not in the Philippines. According to your job position on your comment, you wrote that your job position is an office administrator in Sarajevo. However, unfortunately, we don't have an office in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina for now. Therefore, we would like to deny your statement.       Flexible schedule, good performance-based incentives

      Pros

      Their remunerations are always prompt, even ahead of time. I'm really satisfied with the flexible schedule and working from the comforts of my home, as well as with the good incentives based on my performance that I have received recently, which truly enhanced my motivation.

      Cons

      The majority of students are fair and polite, and that is great, but there is still a minority that gives bad grades for no reason whatsoever.

      Deactivates account without pro notice

      flexible schedule hardworking and friendly students payment on time

      They deactivated my account about a day or two after I logged in through the teachers app, during the Christmas holiday without a prior notification and it was after a struggle to send them a message that they replied with the reason being that I hadn't visited my page for a long time, which was very confusing, especially since tutors who hadn't taught for more than a year still had active accounts but my account was deactivated two days after visiting my page. After sending several messages for a clarification there was no feedback and my account remained deactivated. Which was very rude and disheartening to treat a 3.96 rating tutor with more than 500 lessons as such. Its extremely disrespectful to treat employees that way. All my praise for the company went down the drain. So if you consider working them expect the unexpected. Also u don't get paid for all your lessons.
