Terrible pay; too competitive.

Pros

You get to work on your own time from anywhere.

Cons

The pay is abysmal, and the environment is way too competitive. Some coworkers have sabotaged my reviews so that they get recommended instead.

Pros

Working for Native Camp has been a seamless process. Their lesson plans are very innovative and tutors know exactly what is expected of them. The payment process is extremely efficient and overall working for Native camp has been a good fit for my employment needs.

Cons

Native Camp should offer higher pay for native speakers who are college graduates like myself.

Pros

The flexibility of schedule is really good

Cons

Too many deductions. Every cut-off there's 10% charge , and every appreciation tokens given by the student is being deducted too,and sometimes some things happen beyond beyond the teachers' control, but there's another deduction for that, which you call "disconnection cancellation", which is very unfair for the teacher who just wanted to conduct classes efficiently. The pay is not that high, especially for non-native English speakers. We overwork for a small amount of money without insurance or even internet allowance,or anything, but we choose to continue because we need to earn at least. We don't stay here because it is fullfilling, but we stay here becuase we have built deep connection with our students as a result of our passion, and we have no choice but to accept a small amount with lots of fun than doing nothing at all. I hope that you will do something to show your gratitude towards the teachers who serve as the backbone of this company.
