      The best platform for online Esl teachers with high pay rate

      Pros

      Native camp is open 24/7 where you can teach a lot of students. You can teach whenever you want. No fixed schedules. They pay their teachers a reasonable rate compared with other companies, and your pay rate can also be increased based on performance. The company has a responsive support group that you can contact whenever you have questions and problems. When the company sees that you have a good performance, they take care of you and make some ways for you to have a lot of reserved classes through their “free tag”. Native camp also gives a lot of incentives every cut off. They provide materials which is very convenient for teachers.

      Cons

      You have to make sure to give quality performance every class so that you will have a lot of booked or reserved classes and your tutor rank will upgrade and salary will also increase but if you did not reached the certain number of reserved lessons your rank will go down.

      Pros

      ✔WORKING HOURS. No minimum hours are required, and I can work as long as 12 hours if I want to. ✔PLATFORM. Easy to navigate. ✔SALARY. Tutors are compensated promptly. Aside from the basic pay, tutors can get various incentives too. ✔MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. Provides tags to teachers to help them get more reservations. ✔TYPE OF CLASS. Provides sudden classes and reserved ones. If I'm not lucky enough to get a reservation, I can still go on standby and wait for a random student to enter my class. ✔INCLUSIVITY. Hires teachers from all over the world.

      Cons

      ✔Takes a little longer to respond to inquiries. ✔ There is a wide pay gap between native and non-native teachers, even if the latter is as qualified as the former and may even be more qualified than the former. ✔ Every time a tutor makes a complaint, a piece of evidence is required, which sometimes is impossible to have.

      Did not receive payment. Payoneer has frozen my account "for reasons they cannot disclose to me" even tho I never used my account and was just trying to get it authenticated... Took over 2 week to get a reply that the pictures were too blurry, (which they were not) 3 more days the rental contract was not in English (it was in Thai and English translation and everything was clearly indicated along with my passport number), then my passport doesn't match my address which is crazy because there is literally my pAssport number listed on the rental agreement. I ask native cano of they could transfer the 1300$ into a friends payoneer. They refused...
