Love them, but have some cons

Business Outlook

Pros

This is the company with the most flexible schedule. I worked as a full time teacher for a year, now just as a part time, and the best thing is that whenever I have time, I open some slots and they all get booked. I love students and tech support.

Cons

The salary is really low. On the other hand, I am amazed how they succeed staying on market with how much money they charge the students for one month. It is absurdly low, so I can tell that s the reason they pay teachers miserably. That is the only cons.

Pros

Among of all the ESL companies, Native Camp is the most flexible when it comes to schedule. You can plot your own slot with your desired time as well as going standby. You can also block those students who are kind of rude. The platform is easy to use.

Cons

-The inquiry is way too slow to response. -Tax deduction of 8% or 10% - The salary of standby lesson is not fixed. There should be a fixed rate for standby lesson because sometimes, the student ended the lesson and it will be only counted as 2.2 x mins - ___ and that's a waste of time and effort , I think. -

Pros

The biggest pro is flexible working hours. You can work as much as you want, any time you want and you can stop working for as long as you want. Like in every other job, it takes time to build your reputation and to start having booked lessons with the same students. Once you achieve a good evaluation, everything is easier. You get bonuses, and you can enjoy working without stress. Also, Japanese people are extremely kind so you can always have lessons in calm atmosphere.

Cons

Lower payment comparing to other online schools.
