Pros

The hiring process at Native Camp is rigorous, yet it seems friendly. It is not complicated. Additionally, the system's interface is user-friendly, and it only took me a day to become familiar with it.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that new teachers are often overshadowed and not given ample opportunities to teach. I hope the company will do something about it so that every new teacher can secure at least one reservation a day.

So far I have enjoyed my experience with Native Camp. The support team is great, the platform is smooth and it’s a fulfilling experience being able to help students achieve better fluency in English.
