Pros

I have a chance to met diffrent peoples and their cultures and try to help them learn English

Cons

During the lesson, my page refreshes with the excuse that I'm not active, even though I'm in the lesson, and as a result, I lose both money and the student.

Pros

I am in charge of my own schedule. There is a great platform where teachers can assist each other with problems and help each other improve as everyone is kind and very helpful

Cons

I am not a fan of the ranking system, as a new teacher it affects my income and it is quite challenging to reach the ranks expected. There are a few technical glitches that I am unsure of how to handle as my wifi speed is greater than expected however its not a major issue that I am unable to handle

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule Teachers can choose their working hours, allowing them to balance teaching with other responsibilities or commitments. No Minimum Hours Unlike some platforms, Native Camp does not require teachers to meet a minimum number of teaching hours, providing more flexibility. Convenience of Home-Based Work Teachers can work from the comfort of their own homes, saving time and money on commuting. User-Friendly Platform The Native Camp teaching system is straightforward, making it accessible for new and experienced teachers. Diverse Student Base Teachers can interact with students from various cultures, enhancing their teaching experience and cultural awareness. Instant Classes Teachers can take "on-call" students through the Instant Lesson feature, which helps maximize earnings even without pre-booked classes. Competitive Pay Structure While pay rates vary, teachers can earn additional incentives and bonuses based on performance or teaching availability. Opportunities for Growth Native Camp offers training materials and support, helping teachers enhance their skills and deliver better lessons. Supportive Staff The platform provides responsive technical support to address teacher concerns and ensure smooth class delivery. Open to Non-Native Speakers Unlike some ESL platforms, Native Camp accepts non-native English teachers, broadening opportunities for educators worldwide, including those from the Philippines.

Cons

Low Starting Rates: The pay rate for beginners may be lower compared to other ESL platforms, especially for non-booked lessons. Inconsistent Booking: Teachers may experience fluctuations in student bookings, leading to unpredictable earnings. High Competition: With a large number of teachers on the platform, standing out to secure regular students can be challenging.
