      Pros

      As a teacher at Native Camp, you not only teach the students but the company also provides you with materials that can help you teach English better. The students, majority being adults are always fun to work with. They are always ready to learn. The administration is also helpful and quick in giving feedback whenever a clarification is needed.

      Cons

      (1) You might find a student who can't speak in English at all hence find a hard time teaching. After that, get a low rating from the same student. (2) Teachers can't communicate, therefore, can't share ideas.

      Best ESL Company for Japanese

      Flexible schedule (you handle your own sched) No minimum nor maximum number of lessons required. 24-hour operations Good incentives Helpful and kind admin/support Excellent teaching platform Great teaching materials. Recognition of hardworking employees by providing some weekly/monthly bonuses

      Cons

      No salary increase though they provide lots of additional incentives.

      Excellent way to earn money in easy and comfortable way

      Pros

      Native Camp is a great place to work. I decide when I want to have classes and its platform is very easy to use. Teaching materials are easy to use and versatile. Students are quite pleasant and it very exciting to meet new people. Salary is always on time and I am grateful that my hard work is appreciated. I have obtained a lot of incentives and it motivates me to work even harder. If I have any questions, I get a prompt answer from the administration. They are always there to help me.

      Cons

      Base rate is low.
