Everything is a con! This is the worst online teaching company on the Internet. They give the students all the power. They can makeup complaints on you and lie at will. The next thing you know is that they have deactivated your account. Native Speakers stay away from this unorganized mess of a company.

The students are nice and the schedule is flexible.

The pay is way below the pay of other TEFL companies. Getting booked lessons (which pay more) is nearly impossible. This company will deactivate your account and refuse to pay you any money that's remaining in your account. I've been trying to get my money so I can be done with this company but they won't give me my money unless I teach enough lessons to reach the payment threshold. Native Camp deactivated my account after a period of inactivity, so I asked them to reactivate it. They reactivated it but the system deactivated it the next day. I've asked them to reactivate it every few days for over a month. Each time it's reactivated, it's deactivated by the next day. I finally got a booked lesson a couple of weeks back, but when the account was deactivated at the very moment I was trying to enter the lesson to teach it! Native Camp then penalized me by taking money from the earnings they are continuing to hold hostage. It was their fault I couldn't teach the class! This company is a scamming joke! Do not waste your time applying!
