      Ideal job for me

      Pros

      As a stay-at- home, this kind of job is utterly ideal for me.1)I can fully decide my schedule preference 2) Incentive is a great help 3)most students are polite 4) my income is not definite, if I want to earn more, I just have to spend more time teaching, I have to "freedom" to get my desired salary 5) low penalty when I cancel booked lessons

      Cons

      1) sometimes the rating system ⭐ is unfair, I sometimes get low scores from the student who didn't even speak at my class 2) sometimes I lose No Cancellation Incentive not because of the fault on my end but because of unexpected connection problem on the platform 3) different payment rates for teachers depending on the nationality

      Perfect Platform for teaching

      Salary is reasonable for Filipino Teachers and they are very consistent with the incentives.

      Cons

      Less interactions to teachers. They need to be responsive with the teachers concern.
