      Really bad,If you can avoid it.

      Pros

      Good things are: Really flexible schedule. Easy to teach because everything you have to say on classes is written in red. Good for beginners. And the stuff is nice and they will let you pass the interview fast and easy.

      Cons

      Really low salary. For foreign teachers it is average 1.3 us dollars per lesson,but it also depends on ratings you get from the students. I say per lesson because you will have tops 7 lessons daily,and that is if you spend all day on computer trying to get a student. You don't get anything for waiting.

      The company staff are really professional, they answer your inquiries timely and the kids are great.

      Cons

      Very very low salary. The average rate is 1.3 dollars. I mean, come on, that's so demeaning and humiliating for teachers.
