''SUPERB'' ''My HERO''

Pros

Native Camp is my second ESL company. Native Camp is my hero. I could visibly remember when I applied here a year ago (2019). I was hopeless to find another job at that time due to a very stressful previous company that I worked for. I was browsing at that time, expecting nothing. I just wanted to try, maybe to comfort myself. But ''Native Camp'' saved me from the lowest point of my life. Now, I've been here for more than a year and counting. I could really see myself working here for the rest of my life. It's very flexible. I'm a mother of two daughters. Because of this company, I'm able to provide my children's needs and wants at the comfort of my home. Working from home during this pandemic is the safest thing to do while earning. I LOVE YOU NATIVE CAMP!

Cons

Maybe, sometimes system issues, but I think this is a very common issue to any ESL companies. But I'm glad to hear from the management that they're always trying to improve it. I LOVE YOU NATIVE CAMP!

Flexible and enjoyable

Pros

The best thing about NC is their flexibility. You can work anytime you want! The lessons are super easy and 97% of students are friendly!

Cons

Low payment unfortunately. I believe NC would grow so much if they increase pay rate and if they choose carefully who they hire.
