      Pros

      + Japanese students are friendly and eager to learn. + NativeCamp team are supportive. + Technically, the platform functions to a very high level.

      Cons

      - Pay below UK minimum wage. - Teacher rating system can, on occasion, be unfair. Perhaps free trial students shouldn't be able to rate teachers?

      The best ESL school out there!

      So many pros... But here are some of my fave: 1. They give us full flexibility. Our schedule is completely up to us. Also there are no minimum hours required! 2. The job is 100% remote, so I can work from anywhere in the world where I have a stable internet connection. 3. All lesson materials are provided so we don't have to worry about preparing our own lessons in advance. We just go on standby and start earning money. 4. The application process is really easy. If you have basic English knowledge you should apply!

      Sometimes the platform can be a little bit slow.

      Vehement gratitute to NC

      Pros

      The platform provides very good material for us to teach and the platform is user friendly. I have been on the platform since 2018 and not once was I short paid, I always got my salary. I am able to live a comfortable life because of NC, after being retrenched from my previous work. I always recommend this platform to others, and I will continue.

      None. For now I am happy.
