Pros

I couldnt think of any. Only a tag of working in startup. Work culture of my team and only my team was good.

Cons

Not much to learn. Disgusting senior people(Almost 90%) No work life balance Too much variance in salary. Too much politics. If you dont get involved in it you will be a victim. Office too far No ways to commute. You have to walk 300-400 meters or take a cab to reach main road from office. And they dont provide any office cabs.

Pros

Good opportunities to learn. Good compensation. Smart and Intelligent People.

Cons

the new CTO has brought about the corporate culture where the people are just "resources". Not a start up anymore. Politics has started and actual hard workers might not be appreciated.

Pros

1. The salary is very competitive. 2. You work with IIT'ans (KGP and BHU). 3. Networking. 4. Good cafeteria. 5. You can work on few areas which you'll not get to work anywhere.

Cons

1. Politics everywhere. If somebody bad mouths about you to the CTO, you're gone. 2. Hire and Fire, with the new CTO appointed sadly this is the culture now. 3. IIT cult. You'll be praised or not fired just because you're from IIT. 4. There core products are already build. There are no new products being implemented. Limited learning. 5. Very business oriented. Business creates random products without thinking. After the product is made they realise what a blunder it is. 6. Random tech decisions. Somebody says to move to new technology, it's executed without even thinking. Afterwards nobody is familiar with that tech and the product stagnates. 7. You're expected to work for 11-12 hours. 2nd and 4th Saturday are not off. 8. T.T. table and X Box are just for the outside world. People are frowned upon if they play them.
