Pros

Great senior management team - Who does not not what are they doing.. all they like to do is step on your toe Amazing packages if you are in management.

Cons

It's so funny... Here is a small example thru a simple conversation scenario of oyo daily life Employee - Boss, i want to do this, i think this will really help us streamline the process Boss - Great idea, we cant do this Emplyoee - Boss, can we do that. Boss - Good thought, we can't do that one week later.... Boss to employee - did you do this and that we discussed the other day. Employee - but you refused to do it Boss - I never said that, all I meant is u cant do it by yourself... if you have not done it yet... it's like you are just meeting the target, not over achieving it. Performance red flag

Pros

Work quality is great since company is in growing phase. A lot of things has to be done. You will always have some work to do. Cool colleagues to work with.

Cons

Salaries has a huge variance. There is no standardization done for it. If you don't negotiate well and didn't researched while accepting offer you might get into depression after few months knowing the fact how insanely your equivalent colleague is earning. Try bargaining in Lajpat Nagar while preparing for interviews, will help in negotiating the offer. People from IITs are considered massiha and are given significantly responsible positions. Especially lower IIT people with obscure branches are given title of some or other managerial position in the company. The kind of work they do has zero correlation with their undergraduate studies or them being an IITian.
