This company claim they exist to help the healthcare system but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. They are the typical company that lies to your face and tries to maneuver their way into making you think that whatever work you're providing to them is ethical and beneficial but at the end of the day it's all about abusing our terrible healthcare system for profit. Not to mention the insane irony of being a healthcare company and yet providing mediocre healthcare to their employers. Do not apply to work for them right now as they are refactoring their entire employee infrastructure and are promoting sketchy hiring practices such as a focus on hiring in countries such as India so they can get away with lower employee salaries while maintaining high workloads. US hiring on the other hand is on "pause" (really just a hiring freeze). The people here are either really nice or the most pretentious jerks you'll ever meet.

Very toxic corporate culture. I was a victim of the last hurricane and they won't stop contacting you to see if you're going to show up for work the next day. There are no resources for training. Instead they expect employees to "memorize" very confusing and long job aids in order to do your job while at the same time being audited. Expecting 99% quality which will also go to your employee evaluation. Very unrealistic expectations. There is no clear communication between areas or departments which leads to constant confusion when a mistake is made. Don't expect a raise. Don't expect you will be okay if you get a nice leader either because they do constant company restructuring due to the top leadership of the different areas constantly quitting. The apps and processes are incredibly old and difficult to use which gets frustrating, fast. There is no way around it since their automation efforts aren't targeted at helping with the way their average employee processes. Their HR department is abysmal. They have the same 3 employees that will gaslight you into thinking whatever problem you have is your fault. You have no rights as an employee in this company.
