Pros

As a salaried therapist, behavior clinicians are protected if a client no shows to an appt. Not a fee for service position, reliable biweekly pay. If you want to become licensed in multiple states, they help with cross licensing, including paying fees associated with becoming licensed in an additional state. $500 a year reimbursement for completed continuing education.

Cons

Expectation to see at least 26 clients a week. If average weekly case load is not 26 your schedule will be adjusted, so that you are working at times of the day that are more in demand, and you will need to become licensed in additional states.
