Pros

Some of the coworkers are great

Cons

Everything else. Management couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Constantly changing how things are done and the process of work for no reason, other than the higherups think they know better. Lower level supervisors aren't much better. They play favorites, and act like children if you question them/point out an error. Don't waste your time. They claim to care about the patients, but all they care about are their stockholders,

Pros

Flexible work schedule, most positions are remote.

Cons

Our work is off-shored. The US employees are stuck trying to fix the ungodly amount of errors off-shore employees make trying to key charges, work AR, posting payments. No matter how many times you "educate" the off-shore team on how not to make mistakes, they still make the same mistakes over and over and over. All that matters to the glass ceiling is MONEY, make more money, more profits. Who cares if off-shore is billing charges incorrectly, who cares if charges don't get paid as long as the CEO is lining his pockets. As for the "on-shore" employees, work keeps getting piled higher and higher on our plates due to the laying off of employees, "redeploying" employees and not filing positions when someone quits. No just give the others left that persons work.

Pros

No Pros at all. Run.

Cons

Run for your life. Terrible benefits. Crazy micromanaging. You do the job of 10 people for $17 an hour. No room to grow at all. I know several people with 8-9 years in the company with the same title.
