Pros

Benefits and nice coffee machine

Cons

Long time for minimal raise. Got laid off even though I was in two seperate roles (without additional pay). The company didn't even know I was part of another role/team and were a whole day late to invited me to our team meeting where the team was cut. I regret giving them 7 years of my life. I regret barely being able to afford to live all these years and having nothing to show for it. I hope they get sued to oblivion.

Pros

WFH is ideal but this depends on teams you are in. Free lunches, health care, vesting stock options. Technology stack is ideal but again depends on team.

Cons

Company makes billions of profits a year but will slap you with a 4% raise a year, I graduated from their graduation program and got no raise even though it was a "promotion". There is annual windows for raises and promotion so if you miss your chance you have to wait a whole year
