      Work remote. Engaged leadership. Work/life balance

      Cons

      Integration with Optum has been frustrating. No clear direction and employees are uneasy about their future with the company. Most of the leadership have resigned and positions continue to be eliminated.

      I cannot find any pros, pro health sold to optum and it was bad before but worst when that happened

      Cons

      Pay is beyond cheap, high school clique behavior among managers it's ridiculous, improper training, lack of diversity, lack of empathy and racism!!!

      Walk doesn’t match the talk

      Pros

      Sr leaders say all the right things. People hired are dedicated and hard working with values to help others and the health care system.

      Cons

      Lack of priorities that last longer than 60 days. Lack of trust employees have of their leaders. Insincere talk and a very poor HR process that starts with onboarding all the way through separation. No strong sense of culture…no one can describe it therefore live by it.
