The company spares no expense to ensure that employees feel taken care of and supported, especially in recent uncertain times. The senior executives are very visible and approachable - there is a culture of openness that is not often found in the industry.

Cons

Growing pains associated with expanding studio capacities and expectations, constant state of change (both good and bad)

Thank you for your kind words about our senior executives. It's good to hear that their efforts to remain approachable are appreciated. In the mobile games industry, change is constant. We believe change is good and necessary for meaningful growth. We try to temper the introduction of changes by providing context, but sometimes that's not possible due to timing or if got lost in the shuffle. When that happens, don't be afraid to use your voice to ask questions to help you understand what's happening.or make suggestions for a different path forward.

Pros

The company works hard to keep the employees happy. During the pandemic they've translated their perks creatively and effectively. The company does a good job with transparency and really truly cares about their employees.

Cons

Defining roles with expectations and criteria to advance could improve, there is room to move up and laterally inside the company its just not clearly represented as to how to achieve that.
