Great Workplace, Needs Direction

Pros

Good co-workers who care about what they are doing. Excellent company culture.

Cons

The management (6 executives) never know what each other are doing and rarely have their act together and coordinated. They rely on very inexperienced product managers to run the show, but those guys don't seem to know the odds and ends of the business.

Pros

Very talented group of engineers. Some of the most intelligent people I have ever met, let alone worked with. Each department has a level of high respect for the others area of expertise. Solutions are driven by the business, management has improved a ton.

Cons

long hours, and occasional burnout. All the employees and even the managers, directors etc push themselves so hard every day that fatigue is in the air all the time.

Awesome Year-End Parties

Pros

PLAYSTUDIOS is known for throwing the most awesome Year-End parties. This year was over the top. Some of us go to go on a helicopter ride! In addition, there's a grass-root cultural committee that organizes fun events for the employees every month. It's been fun to socialize with my co-workers without pressure.

Cons

Management team demands a lot from the team.
