Not a great place to work

Pros

Their website says that they are a "positive impact company" and you will think that you are changing the world but don't be fooled. You are only helping the company make money so the CEO can buy more fancy cars and houses.

Cons

The leadership and management do not get along at all. Employee morale is low and everyone is leaving or looking to leave. The employees that are left behind are abused by management. Management talks a lot about appreciating their staff and how diversity is important but it's all a show. If you are not a white male then you will not do well in this company.

Pros

You'll get to do lots of of different things, which is great if you're young and just starting out, don't know what you're good at, or don't know want you really want to do. Also a great opportunity to learn how NOT to run a company.

Cons

Very few opportunities for growth based on performance once you reach a certain point; after that point, it becomes all about how well you play politics! Also, if you really care about making a difference in the developing world, you are likely to get disillusioned pretty quickly; Palladium is really all about making money, NOT about making "positive impact", as they claim.

Pros

Young, committed team. Global reach, many projects, complex and many systems. Diversified revenue base. Solid reputation with key clients.

Cons

Cut to grow approach. High staff turnover, partly intentional. Very corporate and not driven by values. A history of strategic blunders.
